As holidays for schools were about to end, my family and I wanted to visit a cool place to beat the heat of Bengaluru! Though we visited Madikeri individually, all of us wanted to visit it together, spend quality time and visit important places of the town and nearby Bhagamandala, Talakaveri and various waterfalls in leisure before monsoon sets in. We started our trip on Friday May 26, 2017 after booking a home-stay in Madikeri for 3 nights / 4 days. First, a shock by TravelGuru one day before my trip! I booked home-stay in Madikeri through TravelGuru a week before my journey. Required payment was done and the booking was confirmed by TravelGuru about four days in advance. I used the travel website a few times before and every time booking was OK without any problems. After my family members pressed me to check with the home-stay owner directly one day before my journey, I shocked to know that the owner did not receive any intimation regarding my booking from TravelGuru! I was reall
